Meet Your Angel

  1. Sit or Lie Comfortably and close your eyes and imagine a bright golden bubble around you.
  2. Breath Slightly more deeply then usual, relaxing on the out breath until your whole body feels calm.
  3. Invite your guardian Angel to come close. Feel its gentle wings enfold you and relax into the safety.
  4. Ask your guardian angel their name. Rejoice if their name comes into your mind on the first try but do not fear if this takes a couple of times.
  5. Enfold in the love and security of your guardian angel, become aware of other angels around you and how much love each has for you.
  6. Breath in all the love available to you. Remind yourself you deserve to be loved.
  7. When you are ready open your eyes gently.
